inter-District Permit, Intra-District Permit, & Allen Bill Application

Inter-District, Intra-District Permit and Allen Bill Application:

• Incoming: Applications to attend a WCUSD school from outside the district open February 1 at the district office.
• Outgoing: Applications to transfer out of WCUSD will be available online starting April 1.
• Transfer Between WCUSD Schools: Students within WCUSD boundaries interested in submitting an intra-district permit do not need to submit a new enrollment form.
• Allen Bill Application: When a parent/guardian works 10 more hours per week within the WCUSD Attendance Zone.

Families that are doubled up with another family and live within the West Covina Unified boundaries may submit a Live-With Permit to WCUSD.
